The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history, and now it's one of the fastest growing areas in the 'Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, starving artists, young professionals, and more are now calling the diverse North Side home.
The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.
You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you're venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Parking for one vehicle is on street (guest permit required) or in local garages - the closest is 1 block away at AGH James Street Garage.

Great place! Super close to everything you need. Had a great time. My sister and I enjoyed our weekend stay at Chad's place. The home was as listed, with comfortable living room furniture and lovely beds. It was clean and designed for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
We especially appreciated the clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our stay. Chad accommodated our request for an early check in as well as a last minute switch in guests when a friend joined me for an additional night in Pittsburgh.
As a tea drinker, the lovely assortment of teas, as well as the quality coffee was a bonus!
I would highly recommend Chad's place! Everything was just how it looked in the photos. Jossie

Perfect stay for me and my family. Place was exactly how it looks in photos and extremely clean. Perfect location as everything was just about 5 min away. Chad was very responsive and proactive in order to make my arrival as peaceful and smooth as possible. No problems and I look forward to staying here again my next time around! We loved it!
