Chad was responsive, always answering questions promptly. The home was in excellent condition, cozy and clean with upgraded finishes.We were concerned about parking but never had an issue finding spots in front of or next to the house. The kitchen is spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were in great shape and everything worked.We would stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at Chad and King's airbnb in Pittsburgh. The house was very modern, and clean, with lovely decor, a nice kitchen, convenient and clean bathrooms, and pet-friendly amenities. The location was super convenient, with easy parking and easily walkable to lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and helpful, and provided all sorts of great recommendations.

The apartment was quiet, clean and well styled. It was a great touch to have the Commonplace coffee beans! One of our favorite roasters when we are in town. We had reservations at the LeMont the evening of our stay so the apartment was very conveniently located for us on a very snowy evening. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the place for almost 2 weeks. Felt right at home upon arrival! The place is as described and very functional. Kitchen has amenities needed for cooking.  The coffee maker is great for making tasty morning coffee. Host was very responsive for questions I have during the stay. Given the cold weather, I really appreciate having a private parking space next to the unit - such a life saver! I would not hesitate to come back again for future trips!

10/10 visit! We have 4 young kids and our 6 and 4 year old kids LOVED the third floor beds with their own tv’s and private floor. As a family of 6 we had plenty of space and had everything we needed - we truly only needed to bring clothes and our personal toiletries. There was a little local market directly next door which we went to several times for milk, snacks and breakfast sandwiches. Our kids affectionately called it “our Pittsburgh house” and are already asking when we can go back.

Beautiful townhouse in Pittsburgh. It was our first time visiting the city and the location was perfect. Lots of good restaurants and shops, walkable neighborhood and every main attraction super accessible (everything is 10/15min drive). When we were there we easily find parking right in front of the house! The place was spotless and the concierge service is top notch (very fast response and helpful tips). The kids items were brand new. If you’re visiting Pittsburgh this place is perfect. We will be back! Side note: if you’re visiting with toddlers be aware of the very steep steps! They provided us with a baby gate which was useful but something to keep in mind.

What a fabulous home! Very large home, with lots of room to spread out over three floors! Very clean and plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware.  Quiet neighborhood. The host, Chad, was extremely responsive and provided links with easy to follow directions for every detail, from check-in to check-out. There are also QR codes within the home that you can scan that provide all of the same details. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We would stay here again!

This house is an absolute gem, especially if you have an appreciation for historic homes. It’s also an excellent choice if you’re traveling to the Pittsburgh area with a toddler or small child. There was a play kitchen, pack and play, children’s books, blocks, and outlet covers in the house. The Aviary and Children’s Museum are short walks from the house. Having a designated parking garage made the entire experience a breeze. I would note that we didn’t use the top floor bedroom, so I can’t fully comment on that space. A special thank you to the hosts for the Christmas tree. It was a small touch that made our stay over the holidays extra cozy.

I loved staying here! I felt right at home in the aparment, & there were many activities/resaurants within walking distance. There's a huge park nearby for walking the dog, or if you want a challenge you can walk the Fineview Fitness trail/steps. My dog was very comfortable here too & he loved the lovesac chair in the livingroom! I loved the decor & little touches like cute curtains, google play/alexa, dog dishes, etc. The host was extremely responsive & helpful. Just a few cautionary tidbits: kitchen is equipped with very basics so for a long term stay it can be difficult for those who like to cook but the basics were provided; the bathroom a bit tight but still functional; street parking during the day can be difficult due to nearby hospital but was always able to get parking within a block & usually had no issues after 7pm; lastly, you are on the first floor with another airbnb above you so depending on who stays there, sound varies. Def recommend for a true Pittsburgh experience!

Great house that we’ve stayed at before.  Spotless on the inside, great amenities (washer/dryer; the leave local coffee to use).  Parking is easy enough to find on this street. Walkable to bars, pubs, coffee shops, randytown, the aviary. Family friendly place! The hosts are really responsive (I left my shoes and didn’t realize till we had already checked out and driven away but I messaged and they gave us a code to come back in and get them!). Even during the holidays when we stayed and it would be expected to have a slower response time - they were quick!

Such a great stay here! As a Pittsburgh native, I loved all the “Burgh” touches. The place was perfect for my family and our dog. We loved walking to all kinds of local places. For a row house, it was very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet (if slightly industrial), safe, and parking during the day and late at night was easy. Just leave your car and walk around! I felt fine walking my dog late at night and exploring on foot with my 7-year-old! Loved the coffee, all the provided soaps (including dish and washer), and the bedding. It was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family for the holidays. We will definitely be back!
