Cute house in a lovely neighborhood. Clean, comfortable and beautifully updated - with lots of storage and the best-stocked kitchen of any Airbnb we've stayed at. It's not clear from the listing, but the only path to the bathroom is through the bedroom. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be for other guests.
My husband and I were in Austin working remotely for a month. The extremely slow internet made it hard to do our jobs. Speeds were consistently 20-30 Mbps on all three networks -- far below the 300 Mbps advertised in the listing. The hosts' only suggestion was to restart the router, which was marginally (and temporarily) helpful. Despite multiple restarts, we would still get dropped from work calls and had to go to a coffee shop to work on several occasions. While this was an issue for us, it might not be for guests who aren't as dependent on the WiFi.
There was also loud construction noise next door for 10+ hours a day, seven days a week, which also put a damper on our stay. Samantha

Highly recommend! The place was so cozy, we loved the set up and interior decorating! The yard was also lovely. It was fun to play games and watch tv and cook with friends. It really felt like a home. The place was very clean, and we loved the spacious bathroom. The parking was great too, plenty of parking in the garage/driveway and street. Great location, friendly and responsive host and exactly as described. Perfect spot to crash for the weekend. Would recommend!
