Third story walk up. Apartment as described. Quiet. 15 min walk to downtown. We switched Airbnbs due to an issue and luckily found Chad's place in the same neighborhood. I actually was grateful that this particular Airbnb was owned and operated by a property management company because we were able to book immediately and received check-in and parking instructions right away! It was also spotless and well kept up. The location was really convenient and we walked downtown (about a mile) and to a Pirates game. We even caught a fireworks show through our window view of the skyline. Like anywhere close to a downtown, you have to be aware of your surroundings but we felt plenty safe walking and leaving our car on the street overnight. Also bonus points for the most comfy (king-sized) bed I've ever had in an Airbnb! Very nice air b&b from 300+ day a year travelers. <br/>Good location but quiet, nice touches and amazing linens!<br/>There are lots of stairs, only challenge. Really comfortable and awesome. I'd recommend this to anybody.
