We had this location for 1 month and it worked out great for our needs. When we had any concerns or questions they were extremely quick to respond, and figure out how they could help. We loved having reserved parking on the back side of the property. I always felt safe, even as a female alone sometimes at night. Having Aldi’s directly across the street was super convenient for grabbing a few items. <br/>A few things to note: <br/>We did have one Amazon package stolen off the porch when it was left in view. Thankfully it was not an important item, and this is not a reflection of the property. <br/>You can hear street noise in the front bedrooms as it’s a well traveled road, but there are sound machines in the bedrooms. Most noise quieted by midnight even over the weekend. <br/>One last thing to know - The stairs are very steep and narrow. This home was originally built around 1900. I struggled to bring my suitcase past the second floor. This property is nestled inside of a bustling neighborhood. People are free to walk about and enjoy the landscape and surroundings. Although most of the buildings in the area are historic when you open the doors to this unit the decor leaves you breathless. It's very clean and cozy. The furnishings are hip and chic. Our host made themselves available and checked in periodically throughout our stay. You are no more than 20 minutes away from just about anything. I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area. A very last minute stay that put us in the perfect location for what we were there for. The house was clean and easy to access and nicely appointed. It’s always nice to stay where you have everything you need but the property isn’t cluttered with non essentials that make it difficult to do a thorough cleaning between guests. This was a lovely and sensible unit with well thought out amenities and practical decor. The details here show the interest of the hosts. Hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner, luggage racks, essential kitchen equipment, coffee and fresh water and creamers in the fridge. You are also very close to some really nice restaurants and it was very convenient an Aldi directly across the street. We would definitely stay again. This place is fantastic. We found ourselves without a place to stay after being notified that our original AirBnb had suffered storm damage and would not available. Chad and his team provided very detailed instructions for check-in. The place was super clean since it was brand new. Communications were handled quickly with texts. The location is excellent. We visited the Strip District, went to <br/>a Steeler game, and had dinner on Mt. Washington. All were easily accessed. And, there is an Aldi's right across the street. Who could ask for more? This is a 3-story home and the steps are rather steep. Not a deal breaker, but one should be aware so you can prepare. And one more bonus point for having a free, gravel-covered parking space in the rear. Would I stay here again . . . you betcha!!
