I had a wonderful stay here coming home to Pittsburgh for a visit is always stressful to see where to stay at but staying in Lawrenceville was an easy choice. It was only the parking but thankfully at night time we did have a spot. I would definitely be staying here again. We had an amazing week-long stay at Chad’s property! The home was beautifully renovated with brand-new appliances, a modern kitchen, and two comfortable bathrooms, both with attached en-suites and extra powder room in living area. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location was perfect—plenty of dining and entertainment options within easy walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend, and we’re excited to try Chad’s other properties in the future! Super clean, amazing communication, place was exactly as pictured and the neighborhood is soooo walkable. Can get to so many breweries/restaurants/coffee shops all within the same block. Would 100% stay here again We loved the place! Very clean and big. We stayed there for a month and we felt very comfortable. The townhouse is near very good restaurants and bars!
