PROPERTY LAYOUT
This is a true "walk in & say wow" home! The entrance to our beautiful, custom-designed home is in the back of the home on the patio. Once entering, you arrive in the kitchen area - the first thing you'll notice is the calming colors used throughout, along with the natural hardwood ceiling. Through the kitchen is our spacious, gorgeous living room, with the TV, sound bar, and cozy couch. Under the stairs is the entrance to the lowest floor area, with a full bathroom & private office.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, you'll find the king bedroom to the right, and to the left there is a large nook with another work from home area as well as a makeup station. Further back down a small hallway, is the large, beautiful bathroom, containing the soaker tub + walk-in shower.
Taking the stairs to the third floor, you'll find the two queen bedrooms as well as the final "Jack & Jill" bathroom.
Our entire property is at your disposal, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

Enjoyed my stay. The house perfectly matches the description and pictures in the listing. Some items to note, the house is located in an alleyway and can get noisy from time to time. There is a draft in the living room and third floor bedroom which can lead to the spaces being cold in the wintertime. However, these are minor inconveniences for an otherwise spacious and inviting stay. The location was perfect - only a few blocks from our daughter’s apartment and within walking distance to several other places we wanted to go. The kitchen was amazing and full of little extras, while the bedrooms were quite comfortable. R
