This house is in a perfect location, walkable to many great restaurants, bars, and shops in Lawrenceville. The house is on a tight alley tucked away right off Butler Street. Since we have a large SUV, we opted not to park in front of the Airbnb, but had no problem finding parking throughout our stay on one of the surrounding streets. The apartment is exactly as described and looks even better in person. The house was spotless and the bed super comfortable. As others have said in the reviews, the steps are extremely steep. We had no issue with them, but just be aware in case anyone in your party has mobility issues. Tze Hong

We stayed here for 2 months and overall it was ok.<br/>Pros:<br/>- House is right outside a street with a lot of cafes, it was also very safe<br/>- Host were very responsive and helped out with our requests<br/>Cons: <br/>- We had a lot of issues with the wifi, for half of our stay the wifi did not function on the 2nd floor of the house which was frustrating since the desk for working is on the 2nd floor, this was our main reason for giving 4 stars<br/>- the kitchen stove doesn’t have a hood to absorb smoke, so the host gets smoky when cooking. This triggers the smoke alarm regularly which gets very annoying <br/>- while the house had a dishwasher it was in the basement away from the kitchen, it was quite troublesome to bring dishes to it<br/>- there were quite a few house flies in the living room floor, we were unable to get rid of these<br/>Others:<br/>- parking is generally ok, but once in awhile it’s full and you’ll have to park on one of the adjacent streets. this was a lovely space and Bernadette was a great host. Close enough to the main street to feel apart of everything but also enough removed that it wasn’t loud or crowded. Bernadette was very responsive throughout the stay and gave great recommendations. the house itself was spacious and was a great place to work remotely throughout our stay. we would definitely recommend this place!
