One of the only furnished rentals on Grandview Ave, the famous road with million dollar views in Pittsburgh! Completely remodeled in August 2022, our place exudes Pittsburgh charm. Your entire apartment is available to roam, with the exception of our locked cleaning closet. The laundry area is in the unfinished basement area. It's functional and clean, but think basement laundry!

Mt. Washington is all about the views, and Grandview Ave. is the crown jewel! Set at 450' above the city, our area is known for it's world-class skyline viewing. Easy to navigate to and from, you're just a few minutes from Station Square, Southside, North Side, downtown, and plenty of other attractions in the city. The Mon Incline is ~1/4 mile away, and the bars & restaurants of Shiloh St. are just around the corner! You can't beat this location!

Uber & Lyft are always available. One of your vehicles can park in our private lot, and we can register a second vehicle for street parking if needed.
Please note: we are having remodeling done on apartment #4, Monday - Friday, ~9am to 4pm, through the end of December '24. Our contractors will do their best to keep noise to a minimum, but inevitably there will be noise. Many of our guests are exploring Pittsburgh during the daytime hours - if you have calls / work from home, please let us know, and we will attempt to work around it, but it may not be the best fit for you during this time.View More

Great 1 bed 1 bath appt. Very nice and clean. Close to all attraction you would want to see. I would stay again. Absolutely perfect location for our concert, perfect view, perfect distance to the botanical garden and great access to eateries! We will be back! Best airbnb I have stayed in for a while. Had the personalized touches such as a grinder coffee maker or French press. Coffee was local and refrigerated filter water. Bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and shout out for providing extra towels and then telling where back up towels are without asking. View was great and the desk area was a nice set up. I have been with airbnb for years and this is the best place I have stayed in. The provided shampoo and body wash was also top notch
