One of the only furnished rentals on Grandview Ave, the famous road with million dollar views in Pittsburgh! Completely remodeled in August 2022, our place exudes Pittsburgh charm. Sit on the patio and enjoy a cocktail, work from home with views of the city from your desk, or relax on the couch and watch Netflix on the 65" TV. We're just a block from Shiloh St., with 10+ bars & restaurants, but you're always able to cook at our fully stocked kitchen!

Your entire apartment is available to roam, with the exception of our locked cleaning closet. The laundry area is in the unfinished basement area. It's functional and clean, but think basement laundry!

Positive: Great spot on Mount Washington close to Shiloh street. Fun decor in a large renovated 1 bedroom apartment. We had a wonderful stay… great location within easy walk of restaurants, etc. Chad was amazingly prompt at communicating with us! Highly recommend! Place was in a great area. View from across the street was amazing. Everything was clean and free of any clutter. Having a parking spot in this location was a must have. It was pretty tight for our large truck, but with a spotter and some patience I got it backed into the spot. We only got to stay one night in Pittsburgh, but if we were ever come back we would stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s place. The location was perfect as we were a very close walking distance to restaurants and the station square incline plane. The place had a beautiful view of the city and we walked up and down the street checking out the amazing city view. Our place was very clean and beautifully remodeled. Chad was very friendly and prompt with instructions, responses, and checked in to see if we needed anything. We’ve visited Pittsburgh many times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. Very highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
