One of the only furnished rentals on Grandview Ave, the famous road with million dollar views in Pittsburgh! Completely remodeled in August 2022, our place exudes Pittsburgh charm. We're just a block from Shiloh St., with 10+ bars & restaurants, but you're always able to cook at our fully stocked kitchen!

Your entire apartment is available to roam, with the exception of our locked cleaning closet. The laundry area is in the unfinished basement area. It's functional and clean, but think basement laundry!

Free driveway parking on premises – 1 space
Amazing view of the city. Delicious local restaurants, grocery store and shops within walking distance. So nice to have an assigned parking spot. We will be back the next time we visit Pittsburgh. Great location. One block from Shiloh street restaurants. Parking on premises is a huge plus. Beautiful apartment Great space and great location! We stayed at Chad’s place after a terrible storm caused our power to be out for 6 days. Staying at his very quiet and convenient place was a wonderful option for us. The apartment had parking and was exactly as the listing showed. He was very responsive to all of my questions. We want to stay here again!
