PROPERTY LAYOUT
Our new construction condo is a bottom floor, end unit - it makes for a quiet stay, with no steps to deal with! Most of our guests enter through the garage - this door opens into the kitchen. To the left there is the dining area, laundry, and spacious living room. Out the sliding glass door in the living room, you'll find the hot tub, patio, and grill.
If you turn right from the kitchen, you'll have your first bedroom on the left, which has the queen + bunk bed. On the right, across from the bedroom, you'll find the hall bathroom with tub. Continuing down to the end of the hall, you come to the primary bedroom; this room features the king bed, and also has a door to the second patio. The bedroom also features a private bathroom with a large shower.
Our condo is definitely a home away from home - it was purchased as our ski home, where we can come to enjoy the mountains with our friends and family. Because of that, it's well stocked for us, and for you, our valued guests!
Our entire home is accessible, from the heated garage to the back patio + private hot tub, and everywhere in between.
We are available 24 / 7 / 365 within minutes! Think of us as your virtual concierge, but know that we have someone nearby should you need something in person.

Everything was as advertised and the place was as described. Nice, clean space. Everything on the up and up. Couple minor reasons for the 4 star (non-5) review.<br/>1)The pre-check in stuff was very corporate and impersonal.<br/>2)The place had four coffeemakers (french press, keurig, traditional, etc). No sugar, creamer, coffee (ground or K-cups)...nothing. Host admitted this was an oversight. Sarah
