Three Floors of Comfort & Fun
This is a true three-story Pittsburgh home—spacious, new, and built vertically! Please note: all bedrooms and full bathrooms require stairs, and there is no elevator. The main living space is on the first floor, but all sleeping and showering quarters are upstairs. All stairs are to modern building codes, as this home was just built in 2025!
Entry & Parking
Arrival is easy: guests can park in the private garage and enter through the backyard patio (past the hot tub!), or use free permitted street parking and come through the front door.
Main Floor
Step inside to an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy living area, and large Roku TV for movie nights or game-day watching. A powder room and a stash of hot tub towels sit just off the rear entry—perfect for quick changes or cleanup. It’s the heart of the home and the hub for hanging out.
Basement
Downstairs, the game room delivers big-time entertainment with a projector + Google TV, poker table, foosball, and even a basketball game. Great for all-ages fun or a grown-up wind-down space.
Second Floor
Up one flight, you’ll find two king bedrooms—both with ensuite bathrooms—along with a full laundry area. It’s a super functional layout for groups who want privacy without being too far apart.
Third Floor
Another flight up, the top floor has two more king bedrooms—one with a private ensuite bathroom, and one that uses a nearby shared full bath on the same floor.

Really nice place, well put together with attention to detail. This home was just as pictured! Every room was pristine and the game room was such a great feature for our big family. Our favorite spot was outside at the fire pit. Host was very responsive to all of our questions and very helpful with questions on parking since our vehicles were not able to fit in the garage. One was too large and the other was too low to get up the slight ramp without scraping. Street noise was pretty loud in the front bedrooms but having the sound machines in the rooms helped a lot. Our biggest issue was the pungent smell, first the trash in the garage and then the smell in the house. The host was extremely kind and sent a crew over the next day to try to run a machine to help with the smell in the house and to remove the trash. It did work a little bit but the fishy smell was still overwhelming on every floor inside the home. We ended up spending more time outside due to the smell. For the amount paid to stay here that was disappointing. We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! It’s gorgeous! The decor is fresh and modern. Very clean and comfortable! We loved hanging out in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub. This place was very well done and thought out. Julie has everything you can think of for your comfort, from towels for the hot tub, to the comfortable down pillows, and even charging stations and speakers to listen to music. Her place is top notch and the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at!thanks Julie and team! This was a great place - very clean, comfortable and spacious, just like the photos. We had fun walking around the area, found different restaurants we could easily walk to every night of our stay and just thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Would definitely stay again!
