The second floor family room, kitchen, and dining area combination was perfect for our stay this past weekend. The large extended island was perfect. <br/>Sleeping arrangements were great and access to bathroom facilities were perfect. <br/>The rooftop deck was an added bonus as was access to a two car garage due to limited parking on the street. <br/>The home was very clean and decorated beautifully! This was an awesome booking!!! 10 out of 10 I would recommend this beautiful home! It’s around the corner from my mother in law and a middle point for surrounding family. The home is a beauty! We thoroughly enjoyed the large room spaces for our adult children and the living room , kitchen and dinning area where we gathered most of the time. The space is immaculately clean. Chad and Cameron are the best in proactively communicating and providing recommendations via the app and with their guide book in the unit. Minutes away from some great restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. We did not have to worry about street parking as there is a 2 car garage that’s included. Love loved loved the rooftop and the grill. We grilled several times throughout the stay, had dinner, played ring toss and corn hole and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets on that roof top. We took tons of pics of the sunset! Oh and morning coffee on the balcony off from the kitchen/dinning area was also a winner! Kaitlin

Great space and location. LOVED the comforters on the king beds. You can tell they didn’t supply the house with the cheapest version of everything the way some airbnbs do. King bed and en-suite on the lower level when you enter the house. 2nd floor is the kitchen, living room, and small desk. 2rd floor is king bedroom with en-suite, 2 queen rooms, and 1 hallway bathroom. 4th floor is the rooftop deck. Be prepared for many narrow staircases. AC worked well once I was able to adjust the thermostat after check in. Ernest
