Muy bonito y cómodo alojamiento muy buena comunicación con Chad y muy amable This listing is fantastic. The view is wonderful, especially with the balcony and being able to watch the skyline and the people below going about their day. It is close to everything we wanted to visit and parking is easy, right behind the apartment. For us, we drove everywhere and driving and parking was super easy; however, we were there during the week, so that may be different if you are visiting on weekends or holidays. We are from the Chicagoland area and currently live near DC, so to us, the parking prices were delightfully cheap and the traffic was nil. The roads/streets are twisty and a bit chaotic, but I thought that was part of the city's charm. Beds are super comfortable, shower is great, and the noise level is peaceful. Friday night, there were a couple hours of motorcycles and other loud engines, but that didn't go past 11pm or so. Highly recommend this place. Chad was also super responsive with the couple times I reached out to him. Well worth the price. Chad was a great host and very responsive. We had two small issues that were fixed within a few hours. The space is comfortable with a feeling of home. The location is very convenient with beautiful views of the city. Mt Washington has many nice restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. We would definitely consider booking with Chad again! Chad was a great host! Always responsive to questions. The view is incredible and really enjoyed especially at night. Parking was key and great to have a parking spot for one car. We had 2 cars and Chad set us up as well for street parking and had no issues with the street parking. The rooms are nice size and comfortable and love that they both ample charging stations for all your electronics. Perfect size it was just 2 of us for the rental. It was cozy and yet had all the modern details that made it a very enjoyable stay. Thanks Chad!
