Welcome to your charming two-story row house in the heart of Lower Lawrenceville—cozy, functional, and full of Pittsburgh personality.
Enter up a few steps through the front door into the main living space. The living room offers a comfortable place to relax or stream your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV. Toward the back of the home, you’ll find the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and direct access to a private back patio.
Off the kitchen, stairs lead down to the unfinished basement, where you’ll find the washer & dryer—and a classic Pittsburgh touch: a true “Pittsburgh Potty” shrine!
Upstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms and the bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and cozy setup, while the primary king bedroom includes spiral stairs that lead to a tucked-away office loft—perfect for remote work. The shared full bathroom with updated finishes is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
Climbing the primary bedroom staircase to the "office" loft is at guest's own risk.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice touches (excellent coffee bar), very neat and clean, and a seamless process from check-in to checkout. Lots of great places for coffee, food, and drinks in easy walking distance, and a short drive to other great locations. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Kelly's place is located in a cool spot. It was super easy to get around town and the neighborhood felt peaceful and quite. the place was very comfortable and overall a delight. Wow wow and wow. Loved the history behind these row houses and this one has been remodeled to the finest details. Best of all it was so clean. I was wishing we could have stayed longer. We absolutely loved it here! Amazing location, charming place with the perfect study for getting work done! <br/>The home was clean, kitchen was great! Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. <br/>We’d love to come back! <br/>:)
