Exterior security cameras on property
The apartment itself is great. However the 4 main elevators had been out of service for a long time even before we got there. The service elevator also went out twice during our stay causing us to use the stairs while carrying heavy bags. The water was turned off for a good portion of a day also causing inconvenience. The apartment is really nice but the building is not appropriate for an Airbnb at this time. We stayed here a few years ago, it was a beautiful experience. This time the tub was broken, their was black mold under the fixtures and in grout of showerwalls. When I turned the jets of the tub on mold came out. I just dont feel like its worth the money they charge now for it. The only reason I booked it this time because of the price increase was for the tub/shower. Was not satisfied. Told them about these things and was pretty much brushed off then asked for a 5 star review. Cassie

Best place to stay if you're going to an event at PPG. Very clean. Walking distance to many places. Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was clean and well kept. Looks exactly like the pictures and felt like we were at home. Stephanie was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions/concerns. Highly recommend! What a beautiful place to relax and unwind.
