The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history, and now it's one of the fastest growing areas in the 'Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, starving artists, young professionals, and more are now calling the diverse North Side home. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.
You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you're venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Parking for one vehicle is on street (guest permit required) or in local garages - the closest is 3 blocks away at AGH James Street Garage.View More

Chad’s place was just as described and a perfect location, as we were dealing with a traumatic medical emergency at Allegheny General Hospital. His place was clean, well appointed and so much better than the hotels in the area at much fairer price! We would recommend and definitely would stay again. Easy 20 minute walk to Aviary or PNC ball park, comfy beds, ac worked well, and $15 Ubers to PNC when HOT 😎 Loved the teas! Patricia

This is the second time we stayed at Chad’s place. Very convenient to PNC Park. Just to name a few features we enjoyed during our stay; comfy beds and linens, fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, no need to wait for the water to get hot, and that shower head! When in the area, we hope to stay again! Check-in was easy and the inside of the property was as described. My only complaint is the property is located in an area that is not family friendly. I'm originally from the area and wanted to show the city to my family but did not feel safe walking in the neighborhood. Gentrification is happening and professionals and tourists are present in the area, but drug use and prostitution is evident even during the day. Would rather stay outside the city as we still had to use the car to get around. When I mentioned this to Chad he took it personal and was very offensive. Not the way a business owner should act.
