PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Our property is located in the Mexican War Streets area of Pittsburgh. Upon entering our two-story home through the private front door, you arrive in the entrance alcove. To the right is the living room, featuring seating + 55" TV. To the right of the living room, you'll find the pass-through dining room, with seating for 6. Connected to the dining area you'll find the spacious, well stocked kitchen.
Following the hallway back towards the entrance, you'll find the stairs to the second floor. At the top of the stairs, above the kitchen, is the full bathroom with vanity, tub & shower. The half bath + laundry room is located just before the full bathroom. Also on the second floor you'll find the three bedrooms - the twin is first, the queen in the middle, with the king nearest the street.
The entire house is accessible, with the exception of the locked basement storage area. There is a back door that accesses a courtyard, used for emergency exit only. We have a separate carriage house in the back of the property.

Chad's place was amazing. We had an issue with our first booking and we were able to book with Chad no problems. We were able to check in very quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this place due to the location and the house was beautiful. Our family loved our stay in this beautifully redesigned row house in Pittsburgh’s charming Mexican War Streets neighborhood. The home was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and updated with modern touches throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with premium linens that made for a great night’s sleep.
A quick note for future guests: all the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor, which was no issue for us but worth mentioning.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to restaurants, parks, and local attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time our travels bring us to Pittsburgh! Very nice accommodations - great amount of space. Enjoyed the neighborhood We loved our weekend stay here! The home was exactly as pictured. Check-in was so seamless. We had a later check-in than we anticipated. The host was responsive as we shared updates about our arrival. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely book this home again!
