PROPERTY LAYOUT
This is a true "walk in & say wow" home! The entrance to our beautiful, custom-designed home is in the back of the home on the patio. Once entering, you arrive in the kitchen area - the first thing you'll notice is the calming colors used throughout, along with the natural hardwood ceiling. Through the kitchen is our spacious, gorgeous living room, with the TV, sound bar, and cozy couch. Under the stairs is the entrance to the lowest floor area, with a full bathroom & private office.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, you'll find the king bedroom to the right, and to the left there is a large nook with another work from home area as well as a makeup station. Further back down a small hallway, is the large, beautiful bathroom, containing the soaker tub + walk-in shower.
Taking the stairs to the third floor, you'll find the two queen bedrooms as well as the final "Jack & Jill" bathroom.
Our entire property is at your disposal, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

You name it, Lawrenceville has it! You're 1.5 blocks from Butler Street in the heart of Central Lawrenceville, with tons of bars & restaurants within a short walk. Voted top 10 most hipster town in the US! Great restaurants and bars everywhere, 20+ breweries, shopping, awesome vintage bowling, parks, and more!
Uber / Lyft are your best bet. Pittsburgh is one of the hardest cities to drive in, but if you do bring a vehicle, we have off-street parking.

Comfortable and clean in a walkable neighborhood. Great workspaces. Two things to consider: stairs are very tight and steep and could be problematic for young kids or people with mobility challenges. All bedrooms are upstairs and one of the bathrooms is in the basement so it functions more a two bathroom spot. Place was nicely decorated and clean.... in the pictures, it looked like all the bathrooms were adjoining and they were not.. 2 bedrooms were up on the top floor (attic like) and it was very hot. Master bedroom did not have on suite bath. Full 3rd bath was in the basement and the sink was way smaller than in pictures..... bend down if you don't want to hit your head on the ceiling. Parking, obviously stated, was tight. If you can't parallel park, good luck. I don't think you should have to park blocks away, especially when you have luggage etc.... the outside area is very uncomfortable.... graffiti everywhere, broken glass right in the alley (which is where you park and enter the home)... empty liquor bottles lying around. I almost asked for a refund because the outside area made me feel unsafe and was going to get a hotel. If you are coming with your family and cook, there is no table and chairs to sit at, just an island in the kitchen. Overall, the house was clean. This place is as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures and all the appliances looked brand new. Beds were comfy, and that gorgeous black clawfoot bathtub and I are now best friends. It doesn’t have great curb appeal (retrospectively I decided that this was better for safety since you would not look at this place from the outside and think it was so lovely inside) but location was great and surrounding stores and cafes, coffee shops, and bars were fun to explore. Stairs were steep (I’d think twice if you have toddlers or older people who are unsteady) but it was perfect for us with two teens. Would stay here again. Great spot in Lawrenceville. Great bedrooms (beds very comfortable) and super clean bathrooms. Perfection!
