Welcome to your charming city retreatāspanning the top two floors of an up/down duplex, this thoughtfully designed layout offers comfort, privacy, and function for short or long stays.
Entry & First Floor
Enter from either the front street or back streetāyouāll ascend via a large private deck to reach the main entrance. Step inside and you're greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, flowing seamlessly into the dining area with seating for six.
Just past the dining room, the living room sits at the front of the home and can be closed off with sliding barn doorsāperfect for movie nights or focused work sessions. To the right of the living area, thereās a dedicated work-from-home nook, complete with desk, chair, and even a pencil sharpener for that analog touch.
Off the hallway near the kitchen, you'll find the first full bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and stocked with plush towels and premium toiletries.
Second Floor
Head upstairs to find your private bedroom retreat with a king bed featuring a semi-firm memory foam mattress. The room includes blackout curtains and ample closet space.
Attached to the bedroom is your ensuite full bathroom - a rare convenience that makes this home ideal for couples or solo travelers who appreciate having two full bathrooms.
Your apartment is the entire second & third floor, as well as our private deck. Our first floor guests have a completely separate entrance on the side of the home, ensuring all guests have privacy.

Millvale is a quaint small town in Pittsburgh that is quiet and cozy but very close to the main attractions of Downtown, Lawrenceville and North shore. This house is close to Grist House Brewery, Pamelaās Diner, Bar 3, Double L, Strange Roots Brewery, Baby Loves Taco, Iron Born Pizza, The Attic Records and Jean-Marcs Bakery (which has the best pastries!)
There are lots of options to get around the city of Pittsburgh. This apartment is close to the bus line and Millvale is a very walkable neighborhood. Also convenient to get around by car and there is almost always street parking available on William St in the front of the house. Uber and Lyft are readily available to get around Pittsburgh as well.
The front porch is for downstairs guests to use - it's shown in pictures so you can see that we have a nice house on a well-kept street. Our apartment is on the 2nd & third floor of our duplex.View More

Place was very clean and comfortable. Cute place and quiet. Ben communicated very well and very quickly when needed so that was impressive. Lots of steps outside and steep ones inside so keep that in mind if booking. Great place overall Johnathan

My wife and I stayed at Ben's home when we were visiting family for Christmas. The second floor unit had a great layout with plenty of space for two of us. It was clean & comfortable, and we really appreciated the local artwork & touches. Ben was quick to respond to questions, and provided much useful info prior to our stay. In a great area of Millvale, close to a few of our favorite breweries & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Ayame

Benās place is really nice and in good location. The most important part of my stay is that Ben is very responsive and flexible. Any problems that came up he worked to solve them right away and was very flexible with me. It is a pleasure to stay at his place knowing that there is a real humanness to the interaction and knowing that whatever comes up he will help you find a solution. It speaks volumes to his character and his ethics on how he runs the place. I highly recommend renting from him and his places. Thanks Ben!
