Pros: Great location, comfy bed, spacious layout, nice TV, and very responsive communication.<br/>Cons: It was noisy outside the first night (luckily quieter Saturday). The apartment is on the first floor near a few bars. There’s a digital portal for things like late check-out requests — convenient for some, but I prefer the personal touch of traditional hosts. Late check-out costs extra and must be done through the system. While the team is professional and responsive, it feels more like a business than a classic Airbnb.<br/>I’ve stayed at over 50 Airbnbs across 25+ countries, and what I’ve always valued most is the local charm and flexibility of individual hosts. This property is well-managed but feels more like a professional operation vs a personal stay. The host also asked me to reach out directly if I didn’t feel it was a five-star experience before posting a review — while I understand the intent, it felt a bit transactional and it came across as pressured and affected my impression Patience

Chads place was exactly what we were looking for. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday, and it was everything that we could have wanted. I can’t rave enough about the location and how nice it is being able to walk or take just a short Uber ride to all the main hubs in the area. Then on top spending a lot of the days out trying different restaurants, bars, and shops, being able to come back to such a clean, and quiet place was everything we could have wanted for a relaxing weekend. They are not kidding when they say you can’t hear any noise in there, for being in such a busy street with a bar right next door.<br/>Also, in terms of responsiveness, it was exceptional. I was shocked how fast the two hosts got back to us about early-check in arrival, and even just checking in on us from day to day making sure we were having a great time and had everything that we needed!<br/>I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the city! Whenever I travel to Pittsburgh I stay at one of Chads properties. I have never been disappointed, his communication and locations are perfection.
