Your entire apartment is available to roam, with the exception of our locked cleaning closet. The laundry area is in the unfinished basement area. It's functional and clean, but think basement laundry!

Mt. Washington is all about the views, and Grandview Ave. is the crown jewel! Set at 450' above the city, our area is known for it's world-class skyline viewing. Easy to navigate to and from, you're just a few minutes from Station Square, Southside, North Side, downtown, and plenty of other attractions in the city. The Mon Incline is ~1/4 mile away, and the bars & restaurants of Shiloh St. are just around the corner! You can't beat this location!

Please note: we are having remodeling done on apartment #4, Monday - Friday, ~9am to 4pm, through the end of December '24. Our contractors will do their best to keep noise to a minimum, but inevitably there will be noise. Many of our guests are exploring Pittsburgh during the daytime hours - if you have calls / work from home, please let us know, and we will attempt to work around it, but it may not be the best fit for you during this time.View More

Far exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and the views did not disappoint! Literally steps from the Incline which my husband used to get his coffee every morning. So many great amenities. Privacy was great. Host was very communicative and helpful. The shower was amazing! Definitely recommending to friends! I was in town for a conference at the Sheraton. A quick 5 minute car ride and I was right there which was very nice. Since I was there for work, oh and there was a snowstorm which shut a lot of things down, I wasn't able to take full advantage of the amenities of the Airbnb and what the surrounding area had to offer. However, Chad was able to provide a warm, clean, and quiet place with a beautiful view so I could get some much needed rest from some of the intense training I had earlier in the day.

We had an exceptional stay! The property itself is a true gem, beautifully renovated with modern touches surrounded by amazing skyline view and filled with thoughtful amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! The space is updated and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my visit so enjoyable. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and I loved the thoughtful setup for coffee—it was such a nice touch. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the layout of the living room and bedroom was perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-equipped home away from home!
