You name it, Lawrenceville has it! You're right on Butler Street in the heart of lower Lawrenceville, with tons of bars & restaurants within a short walk. Voted top 10 most hipster town in the US! Great restaurants and bars everywhere, 20+ breweries, shopping, awesome vintage bowling, parks, and more!
Uber / Lyft are your best bet, or take a scooter! Pittsburgh has been voted as one of the hardest cities to drive around in. Lawrenceville is comparatively easy, but as an older neighborhood, there are lots of narrow streets, one-ways, and more to keep you on your toes.View More

Exterior security cameras on property
Great spot in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with lots to do. Place was accurately described and true to the photos. Hosts communicated well for an easy stay. It didn’t bother me, but there is building and street noise to be aware of if you are looking for a quiet experience. Great location! Have stayed in multiple places hosted by Chad. Can’t go wrong, easy process, comfortable and nicely decorated. The cold filtered water pitcher in the fridge👍 Chad's place is just as advertised. It's right off the main drag with quick access to lots of eateries and shops. It's very clean and comfortable. The laundry services are not in the unit (I missed this detail) but in the building. Plenty of space for someone traveling alone. As a returning guest, I greatly appreciate the convenience of being in the Lawrenceville neighborhood, the clean and simple decor, and the responsiveness of the hosts.
