PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Our home was top-to-bottom remodeled, completed in September 2024!
Upon arriving at our home, you can choose to park in the back private parking area, or on the street out front. When coming in from the parking area, you'll first encounter our back patio, complete with a gas firepit + seating area for you and your traveling partners. Walking up the few steps, you'll enter through our well-outfitted kitchen. It's stocked with everything you need: quality knives, a sharpener, silicone utensils, and a fridge with an ice maker (including king cubes). The open shelving and well-organized cabinets make cooking a breeze.
From the kitchen, you'll enter into our dining area - say hello to Mr. Foxy! Straight ahead is the living room, featuring a 60" TV & large cozy Article couch. Passing by the front door, head upstairs (past our super cool wallpaper gallery).
The second floor features two queen bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and the first full bathroom. The bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable Zinus Green Team 12" memory foam mattresses, which our guests rave about! The bathroom is on the smaller side, but features a full-sized shower, 24" vanity, and lighted mirror.
Continuing up to the third floor, this space is ideal for privacy. You'll find a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, a private work area, and a laundry room. The full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience, making this floor perfect for those who want a bit of solitude.
Our entire home is accessible, with the exception of the basement.

Chad’s home was beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures and was even more stunning in person! Amazing price as well! Would definitely stay here again! We had a terrific stay at the Foxy Home! <br/>What we loved: The decor is beautiful, the furnishings and beds are comfortable, the amenities are top-notch and just as described, and it was VERY clean. When booking, we wanted both an off-street parking spot and outdoor space. Both were perfect and we enjoyed the firepit in the evening in the unseasonably cool weather. Excellent communication all-around from the team and they were very quick to respond, within 10 minutes each time. <br/>Things to consider: As others have noted, there is street noise in the front two bedrooms. We used the sound machines that were thoughtfully provided. They didn't completely alleviate the noise, but they certainly helped. Do consider that the steps to the 2nd and 3rd floors are steep and narrow. Each staircase has 16 steps - it was a good workout! Our 80-year-old parents navigated them just fine with care. The fridge wasn't working and Chad's team came immediately to fix it. The only things to note: the beds are soft - which some people have an issue with.
