At the back of the home sits the fully stocked kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar with seating for four, premium appliances, and direct access to the private patio and off-street parking just beyond. Guests can enter through the front or use the back entrance via the patio for easy unloading.
Second Floor – Bedroom + Office + Bath
Up the modern-width staircase, the second floor features a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed and 40" Smart TV. A full bathroom with a soaking tub + shower combo is attached to the bedroom but also accessible via the hallway.

It was easy to find and the perfect place to spend time with friends and walk to lots of great restaurants and bars, which was the objective of our trip. Great location, loved having the off street parking and walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. In town visiting my son at Pitt, easy to get to campus. We will definitely be back!
