Our stay at this Airbnb was just perfect. Could not beat it's wonderful location in lower Lawrenceville and it's proximity to major highways for easy access to other parts of Pittsburgh and beyond. Many great cafes, restaurants, artisan shops within walking distance. There's even a coop workspace a block away for those who may need to work remotely.
The unit itself is nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Butler street and Penn Ave, enjoying the advantages of being close to shops without the disruption of noise. We found the place to be perfectly stocked for our needs. Clean and relaxing. A wonderful place to return after a day's exploring.
The owners and the management company are friendly, responsive, and well organized.
No complaints here; hope to return again on our next visit to Pittsburgh.

A wonderful home away from home. The house was exactly as described, clean and cozy, and well situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to activities and restaurants on south congress. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious, and we appreciated the little touches that made the home even more welcoming - such as board games, puzzles, really good coffee, and natural cleaning products. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking supplies, making it easy to make home cooked meals. Chad was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a quiet place that’s still close to Austin’s attractions. Our daughter (12) loved it, and we were sad upon checkout because it truly felt like home for the week we stayed here.

I have been vacationing in Summit County for over 20 years and I can assure you that this is the best location in the entire area to stay at. Just a quick 10 minute walk from the best restaurants, coffee shops, parks, retail shopping, etc that Silverthorne has to offer yet with the Blue River view from the balcony it is the best of both worlds. Extremely quiet with designated parking make this one of my favorite stays anywhere and I cannot recommend this place enough. Oh, and if you happen to be in town while Theatre Silco has a performance going on then please check them out too. It is a beautiful venue and most of the actors are brought in from New York so the quality of art is outstanding. Enjoy!

Lovely little home in quaint neighborhood that felt very safe. There was a lot of people out and about walking in the mornings. Ideal location. Although we didn't utilize many of their amenities at this stay, they were very thoughtful in what was provided. We will certainly consider staying here again the next time we visit Austin!!

We loved our stay here and found it perfect for what we wanted to do while we had our mini-vacation in Pittsburgh. The place is beautiful and sun filled. We love the artsy feel of the place and spaciousness. We also really appreciated the location and its quaint walkable proximity to restaurants and two local breweries! The hosts are super at communicating and answering questions. We would come again. Easy Lyft rides to local attractions.

My husband and I spent one night at Chad's place with 3 teenage grandsons to see live music. Chad's place was perfect! A bedroom for each; good bed linens; bathrooms were spotless; the rooftop had a great view of the city--especially at night. The kitchen was well equipped, although we only used it for coffee and a quick toast breakfast! Too bad we only had the one night! Would definitely recommend Chad's place to anyone! Don't hesitate to rent!
