We were very pleased with Chad's place and recommend it, especially for longer term stays. We stayed for a month and a half and appreciated the amenities, including the well-equipped kitchen, toiletries, and considerations for our dog. The place also seemed even nicer and bigger than the photos show. The unit was very clean, and the management company was extremely responsive at all times. The neighborhood is quiet, near trails, and walkable to South Congress. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Austin.

The hosts were great and very helpful! Having the parking permit without needing a physical copy of it was such a nice touch. The house felt like a home and not just a thrown together rental. Having the amenities in the kitchen was pretty amazing as well :)

This place was super cute for a little me time get away. Waking up to the veiw was super refreshing. The host Chad was amazing, you can expect him to get back to you within minutes. There was a bigger in the kitchen with local food spots, things to do and a little history about Pittsburgh.  Thanks Chad
