My husband and I spent one night at Chad's place with 3 teenage grandsons to see live music.  Chad's place was perfect!  A bedroom for each; good bed linens; bathrooms were spotless; the rooftop had a great view of the city--especially at night.  The kitchen was well equipped, although we only used it for coffee and a quick toast breakfast!   Too bad we only had the one night!  Would definitely recommend Chad's place to anyone!  Don't hesitate to rent!

We hosted a wedding gathering of about 15–18 family members in Pittsburgh and were delighted to find two beautiful homes located right next to each other. Both properties were immaculate, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The gourmet coffee was a wonderful touch that everyone appreciated.<br/>Our group was celebrating, so we may have been a bit loud at times, but the homes handled the gathering comfortably. There was a little confusion initially because we received an entry code for only one property, but the management team resolved it quickly and professionally.<br/>The location was very convenient for our needs, though the surrounding neighborhood felt somewhat run‑down.  That said, the homes themselves were excellent, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped; we only needed to bring groceries and food.<br/>We wish we had more time to enjoy the deck and rooftop, but overall, our stay was wonderful. <br/>The properties were however expensive in my opinion.

Great stay. Easy check-in- clean and a lot of room to store food and clothing. Went with some friends for an art trip, and they were equally pleased. Cute location.  Parked at the rental and took mostly Ubers (they were able to locate with the address - zero issues) because Pittsburgh is not the easiest to drive a large vehicle around. Nice to have coffee available at the rental and good tea. I liked that we didn't have to do anything beyond common courtesy for housekeeping as we left early in the morning.

Wonderful home with a lot of design flair! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. It was a perfect homebase for a long-weekend visit to Pittsburgh!

Nicely decorated, quality furniture, great location, amazing views from the rooftop, plenty of games available to play. Very clean.  No dirty feet nor socks from walking without shoes.  Quiet, clean and safe neighborhood.  The checkout process was just way too easy lol. Just load the dishwasher and press start. Nothing else to do. You can tell that Chad and his team pay attention to details.  Will be returning again next year for sure!

Very cute tiny home. Absolutely love the vibe (the pictures show it well). It is a very small space with the bed out (a murphy bed) but I am very impressed with what all is there - full shower, seperate toilet room, one of the most stocked kitchens in any airbnb I've stayed in (espresso machine? instapot? dish and laundry machines? incredible...). My only regret is that we didn't stay longer :) would book again and highly recommend this super cute spot in a lovely neighborhood.
