Great location, easy walk to restaurants shops and bars, spacious and comfortable. Parking right under the unit is very convenient

Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood.  Ride your bike down Alameda to Ladybird Lake, and take the trail around the lake and over the dam.  A little  hill on the way back but doable.  Walk to Congress Street restaurants.  House is well appointed with beautiful and functional furniture.  Excellent A/C.  Great coffee setup--grind provided beans.  Plenty of hot water in the walk-in shower.  Wonderful neighborhood with charming houses and gardens--perfect for walking your dog.  Tesla charger 1/2 mile away.  It's in a paid parking lot but the coffee shop right at the lot will validate your ticket for an hour of free parking with a purchase!  Super clean.  We had a ball!

When I needed a last-minute quick overnight stay for a work trip, this condo was a lovely spot to relax for the night! I've been let down plenty of times with condos in the Winter Park area that appear modern in listings, but end up being old and musty - a newer, clean, and fresh-smelling rental is critical for me. That's exactly what we got with this condo, it was an absolute treat. The private garage parking with EV charger was the icing on the cake! So long as it remains in my budget, I will absolutely keep this spot on my short list!

Chads AirbNb was LOVELY. we had the best stay, the place was amazingly clean and as much as parking was kinda rough it was in an amazing location. we walked everywhere. he’s an amazing host as well, he’s so sweet and takes really good care of everything and every need we had!

The place is perfect for 1-2 people.  Cozy but well laid out, I felt very comfortable and easy to walk neighborhood with easy uber to anywhere in the city.  I would stay here again
