My husband and I spent one night at Chad's place with 3 teenage grandsons to see live music.  Chad's place was perfect!  A bedroom for each; good bed linens; bathrooms were spotless; the rooftop had a great view of the city--especially at night.  The kitchen was well equipped, although we only used it for coffee and a quick toast breakfast!   Too bad we only had the one night!  Would definitely recommend Chad's place to anyone!  Don't hesitate to rent!

Wonderful home with a lot of design flair! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. It was a perfect homebase for a long-weekend visit to Pittsburgh!

Nicely decorated, quality furniture, great location, amazing views from the rooftop, plenty of games available to play. Very clean.  No dirty feet nor socks from walking without shoes.  Quiet, clean and safe neighborhood.  The checkout process was just way too easy lol. Just load the dishwasher and press start. Nothing else to do. You can tell that Chad and his team pay attention to details.  Will be returning again next year for sure!

We had a great stay…the listing was exactly what we saw when we arrived. The decor all throughout the house was super adorable! The house was clean and had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay! If our travels ever bring us back to Pittsburgh, we will definitely be back!
