Absolutely phenomenal stay - in the heart of Lawrenceville, everything was walkable and felt very safe. The home itself feels like a home away from home - beautifully decorated, exposed brick, with a binder at the bar cart that is neatly organized and gives perfect instructions and local recommendations. The host was incredibly warm and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is tucked away in a narrow alley so be a little cautious if you have a big car but it is otherwise perfectly manageable.

We had a fantastic snowboarding trip.  The location was perfect, offering quick access to nearby resorts like Keystone and Breckenridge. The condo matched the description perfectly—cozy and well-equipped. Overall, it was a great experience that made our trip enjoyable and memorable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a central place to stay while exploring the mountains.

Chad was a great host - attentive to details, kind, responsive when I had questions, and he even helped me find another Airbnb when his was booked and a change in plans meant I needed to find somewhere for a few extra nights. <br/>The location is convenient to much of Pittsburgh, walkable to plenty, and the neighborhood seemed pleasant/quiet during my stay. The listing is very accurate and the place felt well cared for!

We only stayed here one night, as we needed a last minute stay but we will definitely book with Chad again. They were extremely helpful and communicative. We left an item there and they were very quick to help us get it back. Great people, extremely nice space. Thank you Chad!!

Chad was super responsive, instructions were clear on how to check in and the stat had not complications. The only trouble was finding a place to park but I think that’s honostly just the Pittsburg parking situation. The only other comment is to ensure the guests don’t run out of hot water too fast when using the soak bathtub and then the shower after but it wasn’t bad once we figured out how to use the sinks. Otherwise the hot tub and place looked like something out of HGTV, place looks better than the photos 💕

Lovely older home but clearly updated with brand new appliances, modern kitchen and plumbing (bidets!), gorgeous bathroom tile, lots of coffee machine choices, and a hot tub.  It was in a great location; only a couple blocks from the Mount Washington lookout over the city and the incline.  We could walk to restaurants, bars and a bakery.  The house was very clean with plenty of room for 10 people and the beds were very comfortable. <br/>Everyone in our group of 8 adults was extremely pleased with this home.  It was decorated beautifully from the wall art to the bedding.  A real gem!  We would definitely return to this house if we come back to Pittsburgh.  Chad was very responsive to my questions before and after arrival.  Definitely a 5-star experience!!

We usually stay at a place a few Houses away from this one. The other was booked for our dates and it was<br/>Actually more expensive. This is our new favorite. What makes this place are the amenities and also the host response is immediate. The customer service is excellent. We will be back again!
