We are located just above Bigelow Blvd., so walking to the bars & restaurants of Polish Hill requires you to cross, and there is no cross walk, so we recommend a vehicle. Our area is a very quiet part of the city, with a mixture of older homes & new construction.
Just a 10-minute drive to both Heinz Field and PNC Park.
The Strip District is an easy 18-minute walk.
Duquesne University and key Uptown locations are a brief 7-minute drive.
The renowned Phipps Conservatory is a 12-minute drive away.
And for those heading to the University of Pittsburgh or exploring Oakland, it's a mere 8-minute drive.

Positive: Awesome view of Pittsburgh. Place was very clean with a well stocked kitchen.
Negative: The steps inside are rather treacherous but this old couple managed to manage them. Downstairs hall and shower floors have soft spots that need repaired. Outside alley entrance needs to be cleaned up. We didn't mind the visit from the mouse in the kitchen. Please don't kill it. Best to figure out how it got inside. There were open windows when we arrived. Cleaners need to check before they leave the property.

This rental suited our family gathering well. We all had plenty of space and enjoyed the cool, funky accommodations. I needed to prepare some Thanksgiving food items and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The entire space was clean and inviting. Plenty of parking is available right outside the property. We are hoping to stay again when we make our visit for Christmas.Show more Enjoyed our stay here!
