You name it, Lawrenceville has it! You're right on Butler Street in the heart of lower Lawrenceville, with at least 20 bars & restaurants within a short walk. Lawrenceville is walking or short driving distance to 20+ breweries, shopping, awesome vintage bowling, pinball arcade, dog ice cream parlor, parks, and more! It's one of the most desirable places to live, play, and stay in Pittsburgh.
Uber / Lyft are your best bet, or take a scooter! Pittsburgh has been voted as one of the hardest cities to drive around in. Lawrenceville is comparatively easy, but as an older neighborhood, there are lots of narrow streets, one-ways, and more to keep you on your toes. If you do drive, there's usually plenty of parking within a block or two, often right out front.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor. They are wide, easy to navigate stairs, but not recommended for people with mobility issues.View More

Chad made it easy to feel at home in Pittsburgh. The location is great and we walked most everywhere including to downtown with no hesitation. Very good restaurants within a couple hundred feet. Always felt safe. Parking was easy and always available. We loved our stay at Chad’s place in Lawrenceville! Amazing location & apartment was clean and comfortable. Thank you!!
