The entire building is yours - three separate, self-contained apartments connected by a shared entrance and interior staircase. Each unit has its own front door, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and full bathroom. Total footprint is approximately 3,000 sq ft across all three floors. Note that there is no elevator; stairs connect all three floors, are wide & not steep. APARTMENT 1 (Ground Floor) The first-floor unit is accessed directly from the shared entrance. Step into a bright, open living area with exposed brick, high ceilings, and two comfortable couches facing a 55" Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen connects directly with seating for two at the counter plus two more at the breakfast nook. Two bedrooms sit off the main living space - one king, one queen, each with its own Smart TV. One full bathroom with soaker tub and shower. In-unit washer/dryer is not in this apartment. APARTMENT 2 (Second Floor) Take the stairs up to the second-floor unit with its own private entrance. Same open layout with exposed brick, high ceilings, and two comfortable couches facing a 55" Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen, seating for four, two bedrooms (king + queen with Smart TVs), and one full bathroom with soaker tub and shower. In-unit washer and dryer included. APARTMENT 3 (Third Floor / Top Floor) The top-floor unit features the same spacious layout plus city skyline views. You'll have exclusive, private use of the entire building, with the exception of our storage area in the basement. Note that this storage area is used by our cleaners in the area, so people may come & go through the public entrance, but will never have access to your individual apartments.
