Great stay overall. The place is modern, spacious, and exactly as described. Nice touches like organic tea and a kettle. Temperature was comfortable. I worked remotely all week with solid wifi, plenty of outlets, and no noise issues. Easy to find, and free street parking was always available. Smart TV let me log into Netflix without problems.<br/>Two minor downsides: the bed is very soft and sags a bit in the middle—fine if you like soft mattresses, but I prefer firm due to back issues. Also there was a strong chemical/air-freshener smell when I arrived (especially in the bedroom), but it faded by the next night.<br/>Hostwise/Chad was very responsive and even dropped off extra tea when I asked. Good value. Bed was very comfortable. Location perfect. Easy quick Uber ride into city convention center. Tons of great food within a block. We had some issues with the TV, but they came in and swapped it out as soon as they possibly could. Very happy with the room and the property. Esmeralda

This Airbnb was a real gem, primarily due to its incredible location! We loved being right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, with countless places to eat and drink just steps away. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. Being in such a bustling spot, there was some typical city noise on the weekend nights, but it was easily managed. A pair of earplugs completely blocked it out, and I slept well. The dark room (thank you, blackout curtains) was also a huge plus for restful sleep. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, especially having coffee ready for mornings and a full Brita water filter in the fridge. Overall, we thoroughly recommend this place.
