This was my worst air bnb experience by far. At midnight a stranger used our door code to unlock the door and attempt entry. We called 911 and ended up having to leave because we felt so unsafe as two women alone. When we reached out to the hosts they were rude, condescending, and unhelpful. We were terrified and distressed about a strange man unlocking our door and they said that it didn’t happen. They also showed us a record of the door unlocking. It showed that someone unlocked the door another time at 6:40 pm when we were at dinner. They did not address this. We felt extremely violated that someone entered while we were gone. We ended up having to get a hotel last minute and stayed with Tryp. I would recommend that if you want to stay in the Lawerenceville area. I don’t know if I’ll use air bnb again after that experience. If you’re interested in staying in Lawrenceville, this is a great place. Very walkable, easy to move around the city in a car, parking on the street was no problem. It was a little loud on the street but that is the nature of the area (across from a bar/restaurant). I recommend it. Host was great.
