Perched directly on the Blue River, our 2021-built condo features everything you'll need for your mountain getaway! Sit on our private deck with 180 degree river and mountain views, or kick your feet up on the couch and relax in front of the fireplace. Enjoy preparing a meal in our well stocked kitchen, and get a great night's rest in our king beds (1 converts to 2 twins). We're 5 minutes off I-70, less than 20 minutes to 4 ski resorts and 30 minutes to Vail - you can't beat our location!
We're right on the Blue River - we love to sit on our private deck and listen to the water rushing by! We're a family of 4, and designed our place to feature family-friendly amenities but also appeal to solo travelers, solo couples, and small groups. Our heated floors & gas fireplace make sure you never have cold feet even on the chilliest winter nights. We love the short drive to some of the best ski resorts in CO - whether you have the Ikon Pass, Epic Pass, or neither, you're an easy drive to board or ski!

Now more than ever it is important to stay in a professionally cleaned space. We don't "outsource" our cleaning - our cleaners are professionally trained with a passion for what they do! Our team follows an industry-leading cleaning checklist, and our Operations team executes randomized inspections to ensure our standards are met.

You're a quick walk or a short drive to lots of area bars & restaurants. Four breweries are within a 5 minute drive, the free Silverthorne shuttle is just a few blocks away, with free transport to just about anywhere you'd like to go in Summit County!

We love our Silverthorne town! It's a 15-20 minute drive to Summit County's most popular ski resorts - Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Keystone, and Loveland, and a ~30 minute drive to Vail. With lots of great bars and restaurants, and more opening up all the time, you can't beat the central location of Silverthorne, conveniently located just a few minutes from I-70 and just an hour from Denver.
The free Summit shuttle can take you all around the county, and they feature an app that live broadcasts the bus locations - no waiting in the cold if you don't need to! It's also a very drivable area if you'd prefer to have your own wheels.

Tastefully decorated. Beautiful view of the river. Too cold to keep the slider open, but the river sounds are quite peaceful. Sat out on the balcony when sun was on it. Location is good as a gateway to other mountain towns: Frisco, Breck and Vail. Everything was comfortable except the bed in smaller bedroom. Too hard. Needs a mattress topper. Very clean place. The home is beautifully decorated and incredibly inviting. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The fireplace in the living room made the space warm and cozy—perfect for gathering during a winter snowstorm.
The sound of the creek/river flowing behind the unit was a delightful surprise. When we kept the sliding doors in the living room open, the soothing sound added to the tranquil ambiance. The nearby walking path along the creek was also a pleasure to explore.
The location was fantastic—close to Target, restaurants, and other conveniences, with ski slopes just less than 45 minutes away. While the hot tub isn’t located directly in the unit, it’s just a short walk away and easy to access.
The hosts were highly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, even during a temporary blackout caused by the snowstorm. Their attentiveness made all the difference and contributed to a great overall experience. It was so divine that we were able to rent this space at the last minute—it totally changed our trip for the better! We loved the decor and feel of the space, as well as the riverside view!
