Other things to note
Our place is located near Allegheny Brewing Co's beer garden. They have bluegrass night on Wednesday evenings until ~8pm, and artists occasionally on Thursdays until 8 or 9pm. While most people love a free show, If you dislike music, be aware that there may be occasional live music nearby. We suggest you grab a beer and join the crowd!

The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history, and now it's one of the fastest growing areas in the 'Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively urban hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, starving artists, young professionals, and more are now calling the diverse North Side home. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.
Two of the top restaurants in Pittsburgh, Fig & Ash, and Siempre Algo, are less than two blocks away, and Allegheny City Brewery is one block away!View More

House was exactly as pictured. Perfect for a long weekend stay! We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well-stocked. <br/>This is a 3 story property: kitchen and living room on entry/first floor, bedroom, full bath, and laundry on 2nd, and primary bed and full bath en-suite on the 3rd. <br/>We had no problems finding street parking. <br/>Food truck for Allegheny Brewery is on the doorstep (very handy!) and a market across the street to get your adult beverages. <br/>The area appears to be in transition (on the upswing) but we felt very safe and had zero issues walking around during the day and early evenings. I was in town for a baseball game and this was the perfect location. It was a quick walk to the baseball stadium. Julie was a great host. I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Darren

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and enjoyed being walking distance to the stadiums. Parking was very easy. This was the perfect location and quiet neighborhood. The walk to PNC park was so easy
