Description
Join us in trendy Lawrenceville! Our cottage offers a master King size bed with comfy sleeping for 6 and is minutes from popular Butler Street in a renovated rowhouse with plenty of free on-street parking. Rowhouses are known for their vertical nature, so expect exterior steps to your private entrance around back, and steep interior stairs to the main and 2nd floor of our home. The hot tub is surrounded by a locked 6’ fence however adjacent homes can see the patio area from their 2nd stories.
We are located minutes to downtown sports venues, 15 minutes from Shadyside and 10 minutes from the zoo/aviary.
Lawrenceville, one of the oldest and largest Pittsburgh neighborhoods, is known for its eateries, quirky shopping, and bars! It’s also dedicated to diversity and inclusion in its spirited shops and streets.
Once inside, you will find new furniture, linens, kitchen appliances, gourmet coffee bar and amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Check out the pics for all we offer!
Each room is as cozy and comfortable as your own home would be. Every detail was thought of when furnishing the necessities. If you forgot it we’ve probably got you covered. From extra toothbrushes to umbrellas we’re there for you. Not to mention the upstairs that includes two comfy double beds. And of course the foosball table, a chess set, board games, and multiple bean bag chairs for lounging. The bathroom includes a rainfall dual shower head, extra oversized towels, and a cozy bath mat.
The living room includes a fully functioning fire place for those nights you just want to stay in and relax. We’re ready for you to Netflix and chill.
Our entire second floor is accessible, with the exception of a locked cleaning closet.
Note that our hot tub is on a detached deck a short distance from the entrance of the home.

The area was centrally located and the host had recommendations of where we could visit. The hot tub was fabulous and a great way to relax at the end of the evening. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to traveling guests.Show more Raymond
