In an emergency, there's a phone number in the house manual that you can call if we are unavailable through the app. There's also the 24/7 guard station in the lobby if you have an issue and cannot immediately reach us.
Centrally located, steps to downtown, less than a block from PPG Paint Arena, and nearby Duquesne University, you can't beat this location. Our place makes it easy to reach anywhere in the city, with easy access to highways, or just walk!

The subway is also free from downtown to the North Side (stadiums + casinos) with the station less than a 10 minute walk away. Or if you want to walk to the downtown "core" you're only 10-15 minutes away as well.
Uber & Lyft are always great options as well.
Please note: the maximum height for garage clearance is 6'0". If your vehicle is higher than this, you will need to pay for parking in the surface lot nearby, located several blocks away.View More

Great place and great view! One thing was a surprise-the wall between the shower and the bedroom is a full-length window. You can lower a shade for privacy, but it can be opened from the bedroom. I would have liked if the shade was between glass on both sides.Show more Many pros: This unit is in a fantastic location to catch Pens games. It is just as cute as it looks in the pictures! They did a good job renovating the unit. There were also really nice extra touches like coffee/teas, nice shower, outlet extenders by the bed. It was awesome to have a parking pass included and be able to enter and exit freely.
Some cons: the floors were pretty dirty, it was a little tricky finding the right entrance from the parking garage, and the bed/pillows were rather uncomfortable. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillow. None of these were deal breakers but definitely things that can easily be improved.
It really was a super cute unit in a very convenient location for us and we will likely be back on our next Pens game visit!Show more Muridi
