Our place has free driveway parking - you can park your car and walk to the beach! We're less than a 1/2 mile walk to Siesta Beach, and less than a mile to downtown Siesta Key. Our community is a mixture of long-term owners & short term rentals - a peaceful, quiet community perfect for discerning travelers!

Property Rules
By booking, Guest and all guests of Guest agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions, found here: https://www.hostwisestays.com/bookingagreement. We encourage our guests to read these carefully.
Key Ts & Cs (but not limited to) are listed below.
1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is allowed outside only; please, no butts on the ground. A minimum $2,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 12 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. Tampering with / disabling the decibel meter and refusing to reinstall it is grounds for immediate cancellation.
7. Pool Rules: Absolutely no glass in or around the pool is permitted. Please be respectful of our neighbors after 10pm / before 9am, and keep noise to a minimum. Note that our pool is not fenced. YOU MUST MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. Our pool is serviced weekly; the exact date & time is somewhat variable. We will not provide notice in advance. We will attempt to service while the property is vacant, but this may not always be feasible. By booking you agree that you are okay with Maintenance accessing the pool area.
8. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out. However, we also don't expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
