PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Our guests have two ways to enter our home - parking in the off-street area out back and coming through the rear living room (with the electric fireplace) or through the front door via parking on the street.
From the back entrance, you'll pass through the living area and into the well-stocked kitchen (which also features an expansive breakfast bar & passthrough window to the dining room!) In the middle of the first floor is the dining room, complete with bar setup & wine fridge. The front of the house has the second living room, also featuring a smart TV - this setup is great for families or friends that have different taste in television!
Heading upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms on the second floor - one queen in the front of the house, and one king in the back; the back bedroom has one of the two workspaces. Two full bathrooms are located on this floor, along with the laundry area. The back bedroom has a private bathroom.
Heading to the 3rd floor, you'll find the queen bedroom to the left, and the final king bedroom to the right.
Back outside, the back patio has seating for the whole group, a fire pit, grill, and a TV. If you have an EV, you're in luck, as it also features a level 2 EV charger!

Free driveway parking on premises – 1 space
We flew into Pittsburg to move our son into Duquesne University. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler. Home was warm, cozy and fit all of us comfortably. We had to rent a car so the driveway was super convenient, do the streets being super tight. If at all possible in the future, we will take a ride share. Extremely hard to drive in Pittsburg, and parking is crazy. Will definitely try and stay at this property again. Farrukh

This home was the perfect gathering spot for our group. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The two living areas were cozy with comfy couches ideal for hanging out.
Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful when inquiring about parking for the group.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect spot to gather. Wish we could have stayed longer!
