Welcome to your spacious 3-story South Side retreat—perfect for families, professionals, and friend groups alike. With two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private hot tub patio, this home is designed for comfort, flexibility, and fun.
🚪Entry & Main Level
Guests can enter through the front (street parking) or the back (driveway). The rear entrance leads into the first of two living rooms, featuring a 55" Smart TV and a cozy seating setup.
Flowing forward, you'll find the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and passthrough window into the dining room, which seats six and includes a wine fridge and bar setup.
At the front of the house is a second living room, also equipped with a smart TV—perfect for group stays with different tastes.
A half bathroom is located on this level for guest convenience.

This level has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry closet:
• Front bedroom: Queen bed

Our outdoor TV is removed seasonally; while it is weather-resistant, it is not freeze-resistant. It will be generally be available ~April to October. If you are arriving in April or October, and the outdoor TV is important to you, please ask first.

The house was beautiful-the hot tub and parking on the property was a bonus! The streets are so cluttered on each side with vehicle it is difficult to drive and more difficult to get into the driveway-but it seemed typical for Pittsburgh. The host was ALWAYS very responsive, and always friendly and willing to help with even the little things-finding dryer sheets and accessing internet for my kid's Playstation, and even alternatives to navigate glitches in the AirBnB app. The pillows were great! I am a pillow snob and loved these pillows. There was lots of room for putting away clothes in the bedrooms, and the laundry was so convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and even coffee grounds and grinder and French press! When my son broke the French press, they were responsive and appreciative that we reached out to let them know. Thank you for hosting us. The only thing we didn't like was the total amount we paid with all the fees-way too much money but not the fault of the hosts. The place was actually more spacious than the photos. Bedrooms were lovely and we enjoyed the walkin shower. Also spent time in outdoor livingroom. It is also very close to all the restruants.<br/>We would stay again. This was the perfect house for my family. Everything was clean and the location met our needs. The walkability of the neighborhood was wonderful and the communication with the host/co-hosts was priceless from beginning to end. I would definitely consider staying there in the future should my needs require the space. Thank you for all the support and patience you provided to us.
