Welcome to your spacious 3-story South Side retreat—perfect for families, professionals, and friend groups alike. With two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private hot tub patio, this home is designed for comfort, flexibility, and fun.
🚪Entry & Main Level
Guests can enter through the front (street parking) or the back (driveway). The rear entrance leads into the first of two living rooms, featuring a 55" Smart TV and a cozy seating setup.
Flowing forward, you'll find the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and passthrough window into the dining room, which seats six and includes a wine fridge and bar setup.
At the front of the house is a second living room, also equipped with a smart TV—perfect for group stays with different tastes.
A half bathroom is located on this level for guest convenience.

This level has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry closet:
• Front bedroom: Queen bed

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to navigate in Pittsburgh. It's a notoriously difficult city to drive in (but we have little traffic!) They're affordable and abundant. If you do choose to drive in the city, we offer free off-street parking.

Our outdoor TV is removed seasonally; while it is weather-resistant, it is not freeze-resistant. It will be generally be available ~April to October. If you are arriving in April or October, and the outdoor TV is important to you, please ask first.

Thank you Chad for letting us stay at your place. It was a great house for our Pittsburgh trip. We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Craig was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. They were also kind enough to accommodate a free early check-in. We also forgot an item after checking out, and he quickly arranged for a smooth pickup, which we really appreciated. Jacuzzi was amazing. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect! Was exactly as described, all amenities included. My favorite part was the no hassle check out. We enjoyed our time at this house so much! It was so nice for our family to spread out in this spacious home. It was private, parking was easy and communication through the whole process was beyond amazing! And to add to it, we arrived to find a brand new hot tub to enjoy! We enjoyed the outdoor TV and fire table. Can’t say enough about our whole experience. Hoping that we have an opportunity to rent again sometime. We had a great stay here. The parking in the neighborhood Is beyond tight, so it was great to have a dedicated spot. The house is large and spacious and was very clean. It was also set up well for a large group. We also took advantage of the ev charger provided, a first for us in an Airbnb. This is a game changer for all ev owners and I hope other Airbnb owners are paying attention. There was also a city-wide power outage due to a storm just before our stay, and the hosts communicated very well with us on this. We had power when we arrived and the hosts were on top of any of the glitches we experienced due to this. Communication was top notch. We would definitely book here again for a stay in Pittsburgh.
