➤ 1 BR / 1BA ~800 sq ft apartment on the second floor of a four-story building.
➣ Four apartments in the building are connected via a shared staircase, but no other areas are shared other than a common laundry area in the basement
➤ Building Layout: Apartment 2 is in the back of the building; Apartment 1 is under it, with no units above #2.
➤ Entrance: The entrance of the building is on East Ohio St
➣ Please note that a two-story flight of stairs is required to enter the building.
➣ Our place is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

➤ Parking: TWO visitor parking passes are available for street parking. The North Side is otherwise resident permit only, but we can provide you a FREE visitor pass for the duration of your stay.

Deutschtown, part of Pittsburgh's Northside, is the Brooklyn of Pittsburgh. It's the most racially and economically diverse neighborhood in town, with an array of things to offer: live Jazz, the oldest bar in Pittsburgh, Banjo night, breweries, great restaurants, a huge city park, and more. On top of that, we're within walking/biking distance to the Strip District, Downtown, PNC Park, and Heinz Field.
Our space provides easy access to I-279, is right on the bus line, and is walkable/bikable to just about anything you'd want to do in or around downtown.
Note that our place is in the middle of an economically diverse urban environment on East Ohio St. While it's a safe area, people uncomfortable with urban living should consider suburban alternatives.View More

The apartment was everything we hoped for!! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Any questions I had were answered quickly and everyone was friendly which made our weekend vacation so much nicer. It’s close to just about everything too so if we didn’t uber we walked!
